Welcome to Crystal Sport, operated by Crystal Sport Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Crystal Sport platform, including our website at crystalsport.ng, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the 'Platform').
By registering an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform.
Crystal Sport holds a valid operating licence issued by the National Lottery Regulatory Commission (NLRC) of Nigeria. Our operations are conducted in full compliance with Nigerian gambling laws and regulations.
To use the Crystal Sport Platform, you must meet ALL of the following requirements:
Crystal Sport reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in account suspension. Any winnings obtained by an underage person will be forfeited.
To access betting features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your phone number or email address. You warrant that all information provided is true, current, and complete.
Crystal Sport operates a tiered KYC (Know Your Customer) verification system in compliance with NFIU and CBN requirements:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify Crystal Sport immediately at security@crystalsport.ng if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Crystal Sport will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access due to your failure to maintain account security.
Each person may only hold one Crystal Sport account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
All deposits are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) through our payment partner, Flutterwave. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, debit card, USSD, OPay, PalmPay, and MTN MoMo. The minimum deposit amount is ₦100. Crystal Sport does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency.
Withdrawals are subject to your KYC tier limits. All withdrawals will be paid to a Nigerian bank account in your name. Crystal Sport reserves the right to verify the identity of the account holder before processing withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2 business hours.
Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. Crystal Sport reserves the right to charge an inactivity fee of ₦500 per month on inactive accounts after written notice.
Crystal Sport complies fully with the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act and NFIU guidelines. We are required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. By using the Platform, you consent to such reporting where required by law.
All bets placed on the Crystal Sport sportsbook are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking your bet slip carefully before submitting. Crystal Sport will not be liable for bets placed in error.
All odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Crystal Sport sources odds from licensed data providers and reserves the right to correct any obvious errors in odds.
Bets are settled based on the official result as reported by our data provider. Results are typically settled within 2 hours of the event conclusion. Crystal Sport reserves the right to void bets in exceptional circumstances including but not limited to data feed errors, match abandonment, or fraudulent activity.
The maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator is ₦10,000,000. Crystal Sport reserves the right to limit bet stakes at its sole discretion.
Accumulator bets (up to 15 selections) are permitted. All selections must win for the accumulator to be successful. If any selection is void, the bet will be recalculated excluding that selection.
Crystal Sport's P2P (peer-to-peer) betting feature allows users to post challenges directly against other users. Both parties stake equal amounts. The winner receives 80% of the total pot. Crystal Sport retains a 20% platform fee which covers NLRC regulatory levies, VAT, and operational costs.
When a P2P challenge is accepted, both parties' stakes are immediately locked in a secure escrow account managed by Crystal Sport. Funds remain in escrow until the match concludes and a winner is determined.
When creating a P2P challenge, you must:
Challenges that are not accepted before match kick-off will expire and your stake will be returned.
P2P challenges are settled automatically based on the official match result. In the event of a disputed result, Crystal Sport's decision is final and binding. Crystal Sport reserves the right to void a P2P challenge and refund both parties in exceptional circumstances.
The 20% platform fee is deducted from the total pot upon settlement. This fee is non-refundable except in the event that Crystal Sport voids the challenge. The fee breakdown is as follows: NLRC regulatory levy (3% of pot), VAT at 7.5% of the platform fee, and operational costs.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.
All content on the Crystal Sport Platform including logos, trademarks, software, graphics, and data is the exclusive property of Crystal Sport Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Crystal Sport content without prior written permission.
Crystal Sport processes your personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and our Privacy Policy, available at crystalsport.ng/privacy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Crystal Sport reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason including but not limited to:
Upon termination, any balance remaining in your account (after deducting any applicable fees or amounts owed) will be returned to you via your verified bank account, subject to compliance with applicable laws.
If you wish to raise a complaint, please contact support@crystalsport.ng. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate your complaint to the National Lottery Regulatory Commission (NLRC) at www.nlrc.gov.ng.
Crystal Sport's decision on all betting disputes is final. In the event of a technical error affecting bet settlement, Crystal Sport reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Crystal Sport shall not be liable for:
Crystal Sport's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
Crystal Sport operates under licence from the National Lottery Regulatory Commission (NLRC), Plot 297, Herbert Macaulay Way, Central Business District, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.
Crystal Sport reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 7 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
